We hope you love your items as much as we do, but we know that things don't always work out.
Need to return something? Here's what to do:
Simply package up the item(s) you don't love, include your packing slip and reason for return (if damaged, incorrectly tagged, etc.), and mail it back to us at:

Guidelines for items that are being returned:
*Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from when the order was delivered
*Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached.
*All returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 48 hours once it has been received.
*Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
*Returns made after the 30-day window will receive store credit only. If a markdown has occurred, the refund will only be issued for the current price.
The following items are always final sale:
Bralettes, accessories, final clearance, leggings, hats, scarves, and masks.
If we receive an item back that is not eligible for return, we will make every effort to contact the customer who would then be able to either pay for return shipping to have the item (s) sent back, or allow us to donate them to the local shelter. If we are unable to make contact with the customer, the items will be donated to a local shelter, or discarded 30 days after we received them back.
